Please read the following Booking Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation with Adeeb Horse Riding Company. By booking a ride, you agree to abide by these terms.

Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit (as specified).

• Prices are quoted in EUR and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

• Payments can be made via our website, in person, or by bank transfer.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Customer Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before: full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund.

• No-shows will be charged the full price.

• Company Cancellations: If a ride is canceled by Adeeb Horse Riding due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

3. Safety and Participation Requirements

• Riders must follow the instructions of our guides at all times.

• “”Our rides follow a relaxed walking pace, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings and making the most of the experience. For everyone’s safety and comfort, trotting, cantering, or galloping are not allowed.”

• Riders must be in good physical health and free from conditions that may impair their ability to ride.

• We reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Weight limit: 100kg / 220 lbs].

• Minimum age: [4 years old]. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have written parental consent.

4. Liability and Insurance

• Horse riding involves inherent risks. Participants ride at their own risk.

• Adeev Horse Riding Company and its staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the activity, except where caused by proven negligence.

• We recommend that all riders have adequate personal travel or accident insurance.

5. Arrival and Punctuality

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled ride.

• Late arrivals may miss the tour and will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Weather Conditions

• Rides may be rescheduled or canceled in case of severe weather conditions to ensure the safety of riders and horses.

• In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

7. Photos and Media

• By participating, you grant Adeeb Horse Riding permission to use any photographs or videos taken during your ride for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

8. Code of Conduct

• Treat horses, staff, and fellow guests with respect and care.

• Any abusive behavior towards animals, staff, or other guests will result in immediate termination of the ride without refund.

9. Changes to Bookings

• Requests to change a booking (e.g., date or time) must be made at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

10. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of  Greece.
